一、About Peihua

Xian Peihua University is located in the ancient capital city of Xian, the cradle of splendid Chinese Civilization. It is an ordinary private higher education institution being approved by the China State Ministry of Education for nationwide student enrollment and it was the first such university in the west region of China being granted the authentication to issue bachelor degree to its qualified students. The University enjoys long history of development, rich cultural accumulation and outstanding features in women’s education and vocational education. The history of Peihua University in education practice may trace back to the Xian No.1 Girls Civil Vocational School, in 1928. In 1935, the school was renamed to Shaanxi Provincial Peihua Private Girls Elementary Dying and Weaving Vocational School. Only till Year 1984, with the official approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and booked at the Ministry of Education, that Xian Peihua Girl’s College was established, based on the former Xian Peihua Girls Vocational School. This makes it the first private higher education institution only available for girl’s student in New China since liberation and it focuses on the female orientated education. After nearly twenty years of development, in Year 2003, with the approval of the National Ministry of Education, the Xian Girls College was upgraded to an undergraduate university, while being renamed to Xian Peihua University, open to both boy students and girl students. In Year, 2007, it came to be the first private undergraduate university in the West Region to issue Bachelor Degree to its qualified graduates, as authorized by the provincial academic degree commission. Since 2011, with the strong support of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, Xian Peihua University has reached and signed counter-aid and cooperation agreements with Northwest University, Xian Architectural S&T University. Last November, Xian Peihua University reached and signed strategic Cooperation agreement with Yanan University on joint training of Master Degree graduate students, and for complementarities of resources, academic research and teachers/faculty construction.

Within Xian Peihua University, there are three campuses, namely Gaoxin Campus, Changan Campus and Guodu Campus, covering a total land space of over 1.3 Million M2. For students’ field practice and internship purpose, we have established 123 on campus training bases (221 section/rooms) and more than 260 off-campus internship training bases. In the University Weizhi library, which was built ten years ago, we have book collection of 1.5 Million copies and over 1.2 Million volumes of E-books. For efficient cooperation with enterprises, we have established close agreement with over 60 well known enterprises and institutions, including three affiliated hospitals. With the university, there are 13 colleges, offering 60 plus majors both undergraduate (four years) and college level (three years), which formed the school’s mature system with development mainly in finance, medicine, female education and the coordinated multidiscipline in science, economics, liberal art, literature, legal science as well as engineering, etc.

There are over 1,100 faculty listed in the university, of whom, 352 are faculties with senior professional titles and 556 are professor or teachers with master degrees, including up to 600 double-certified teachers. There are over 40 teaching and research institutions established in the university, as platform and windows for joint research, such as the China Northwest No.1 Emergency Aid Canter of AHA (American Heart Association), the Collaborative Innovation Center for Financial Accounting and Auditing Practice, the experimental training center for China Factor Market Trade, the International service outsourcing center for financial accounting and auditing practice, a full view (panorama) operational training center for accounting accessing, etc. The university has also introduced 10 G Fiber Internet campus network. The standard sports ground and in-door stadium are open to all students and faculty.

The university has, for long, focused on the cultural and academic exchange with university and research institutions both at home and aboard. So far, we have established friendly exchange/partners agreements with over 40 world known universities and educational institutions, with fruitful exchange and cooperation. 二 、The requirements for high level talents

(a)Level One: Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fellow of Chinese Academy of Engineering; Member of the Chinese Academy of Social Science; those Been Selected into China New Centaury Hundred-Thousand and Ten-Thousand Talent Project; Those selected candidates in the Level one and Level two Talents of the MOE High :Level Creative Talents Plan (Namely The Yangtze River Scholar and Innovation Team Development Plan and the New Century Excellent Talents Supporting Plan); The Recipient of the Award for Outstanding Young Teachers in Higher Education Institutions Issued by the Ministry of Education; The National Level Teaching Masters; The National Young and Middle Aged Experts; with Outstanding Contribution; Well Know Experts and Scholars that the university will, after examination and evaluation, agree to invite from both home and abroad;

三、Qualification for Recruitments:

(A)Those who love the education course, with strong scientific research and innovation capability and who have made comparatively high level research achievements; Those who have demonstrated his or her team work spirit and sense of professional mission; who will agree. with the university culture as well as the education concepts of Peihua; Those who are physically and mentally healthy;

(B)For the higher level of experts, based on the consideration of university administration, there will be no age limits; For the academic leaders or professional leaders, the average age limit will be 55 or below; For the doctoral students, the averages age limit is 45 or below;

(C)Any candidates applying for academic leaders of professional leaders, they must have professor titles, with excellent academic qualification; with high academic attainments, innovative thinking as well as good organization and coordination skills.

(D)For doctoral and master candidates, in principle, they should have education background from well known universities both at home or abroad. They must also have study, work or research experience in some leading disciplines in the reputable research institutions, enterprises or national level scientific research platform, with some periodical achievement and strong tam work capability;

五、Salary and Allowance

(A) Salary

The salary structure will include: monthly pay, performance bonus, search start fee; one time settlement fee; and housing grant;
1、For the high level expert and academic leader, this package will be negotiated on the person to person basis; which may also include the housing, the schooling of the children and the arrangement for the spouse. The salary and allowance will be decided after mutual negotiation.
2、 For doctoral graduates from world first class universities who may also be in need in the appropriate majors or profession in our university: the offered annual salary will be between RMB: 150K to 300K yuan; Beside, one set of housing (apartment) will be provided within the core area of the high-tech zone or on Peihua Changan campus; The university will provide RMB 200K to 300K starting fee for scientific research; as well as RMB: 150K to 200K yuan for one time settlement;
3、 For other doctoral candidate: the offered annual salary will be between RMB: 120K to 200K yuan; Besides, one set of housing (apartment) will be provided within the core area of the high-tech zone or on Peihua Changan campus; The university will provide RMB 200K to 300K starting fee for scientific research; as well as RMB: 100K to 150K yuan for one time settlement;
4、 For Master Graduates: The salary and allowance will follow the published salary and allowance standard for the university full time faculty and teachers;

(B) Welfare

1、Social Insurance and housing fund: (This is a term required in formal employment work contract that the employer shall provide the five basic social insurance, namely: the Endowment Insurance; the Medical insurance; the Unemployment Insurance; the Employment Injury Insurance and the Maternity Insurance; The housing fund refers to the Housing Provident Fund;
2、 The paid holidays, as Marriage leave, maternity leave, funeral leave, the summer and winter vacation;
