一、学校简介
阳光学院坐落在中国历史文化名城福建省会福州，2001年由福州大学和世界500强企业阳光控股共同举办，2015年经国家教育部批准成为福建省首批由独立学院转设的本科高校，2017年被福建省教育厅列为硕士学位授予培育单位。在2020艾瑞深中国校友会发布的 “由双一流大学创办的民办大学排名榜”中，阳光学院位居全国第7位。目前，学校已成为一所涵盖理、工、经、管、文、法、艺、教育等学科、36个本科专业、在校学生万余人的一流民办大学。
学校坚持人才强校战略，努力构建一支素质优良、专兼结合、充满活力的师资队伍。现有“双师双能型”教师占48.84%；自有专任教师中具有硕士及以上学位的占92.59%，具有博士学位的占21.99%。拥有双聘院士1人，教育部“长江学者”特聘教授1人、中组部“万人计划”领军人才1人，“闽江学者”特聘教授4人、讲座教授4人，享受国务院特殊津贴专家3人，博士生导师13人、硕士生导师19人，教育部新世纪优秀人才1人、“福建省百千万人才工程”3人，福建省新世纪优秀人才6人、福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划入选者7人。

备注：
1、以上引进高层次人才的学历学位要求均为博士研究生，年龄要求在55周岁以下，特别优秀的年龄放宽至不超过60周岁。
2、硕士研究生应聘教师岗位，为全日制研究生，有三年及以上本专业对应岗位的企业工作经历优先考虑。
3、具有高级专业技术职务、十年以上企业行业经历的双师型教师，综合考虑业界影响力，采取一人一议的方式确定薪酬，年薪为15万元至30万元（税前）。
4.控制科学与工程、应用经济学（国际贸易方向）招聘退休博士教授、硕导2-3名，待遇及考核要求面议。

Yango University, is located in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province, a famous historical and cultural city in China.Formerly known as Yango College of Fuzhou University .In 2015, Yango University was approved by the Ministry of Education and became an independent undergraduate university. In 2017, it was listed as a master's degree-granting institution in Fujian Province, and ranked 7th among private universities founded by first-class universities in China in 2020.
